NetZeroCities' Transition Team Concept
Adriana O’Phelan from Democratic Society (DemSoc) introduces the Transition Team concept developed within the NetZeroCities initiative, presenting it as a mission-oriented governance model designed to help cities accelerate climate neutrality. Part of the fourth Re-Value Expert Exchange on "Mission-Oriented Governance," this session explores how innovative governance models and cross-sector collaboration can strengthen cities’ capacity to drive systemic change and deliver on climate neutrality commitments.
