Jasper De Jonge from the City of Tampere demonstrated the potential of advanced Digital Twins in participatory urban planning. The presentation showcased the depth of visualisation achievable and explores how these tools are perceived by citizens, and how they can increase collaboration between experts and non-experts.

This presentation was part of the Re-Value Round "Digital Tools for Citizen Engagement" hosted by Smart Písek and ICLEI Europe. The Re-Value Rounds are online events organised by ICLEI Europe to inspire and build capacity as part of the EU-funded Re-Value project.
