Timo Wyffels from the City of Oostende, Belgium presented reforms in the internal organisation aimed at breaking down siloed working structures. He introduces a more horizontal and holistic climate governance model, which notably led to the creation of holistic transition maps at the neighborhood level.

This presentation was part of the Re-Value Round "Governance and Regulatory Structures Innovation" hosted by Stad Brugge and ICLEI Europe. The Re-Value Rounds are online events organised by ICLEI Europe to inspire and build capacity as part of the EU-funded Re-Value project.
