Lies Debbaut from the city of Bruges presented the City Atelier initiative, currently being trialed as part of Re-Value. The initiative aims to enhance guidance for developers by improving coordination among city departments, streamlining the planning permit process, and fostering greater collaboration.

This presentation was part of the Re-Value Round "Governance and Regulatory Structures Innovation" hosted by Stad Brugge and ICLEI Europe. The Re-Value Rounds are online events organised by ICLEI Europe to inspire and build capacity as part of the EU-funded Re-Value project.
