Koen Timmerman from the City of Bruges presented the internal reorganisation strategy of the city as part of the Climate Plan. The strategy operates on three levels: aligning with policymakers, improving internal staff coordination, and enhancing external collaboration through citizen engagement. 

This presentation was part of the Re-Value Round "Governance and Regulatory Structures Innovation" hosted by Stad Brugge and ICLEI Europe. The Re-Value Rounds are online events organised by ICLEI Europe to inspire and build capacity as part of the EU-funded Re-Value project.
