Re-Value City of Constanța has been selected by M100 to become climate-neutral by 2035 and joined the the Mirror Mission Cities Hub. The city will benefit from the opportunity to generate positive long-term changes, reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2035, and build sustainable and engaged communities.
