ADI-ZMC
Constanta Metropolitan Area Intercommunity Development Association is the first administrative structure of this kind that has been established in Romania in 2007. The aim of the association is the sustainable development of the 16 local administrative units located around Constanta City, members of the associations, as well as theirs immediate surroundings. This aim is to be achieved by jointly implementing projects with metropolitan or regional impact and by providing, in the future, common public services in the area.
Constanta will test, capture and share how to create value through urban quality, in a holistic approach towards climate neutrality for the Peninsula Area, the City historical centre. Constanta will also learn, replicate and develop its own development visions, scenarios and investment plans to accelerate its journey to climate neutrality.
