Lies Debbaut from the City of Bruges, Belgium presented how the city is transforming its retail cluster in allignment with its climate-neutral goals. Plans include multi-storey parking and greening urban spaces through new funding and revitalizing existing infrastructures.

This presentation was part of the Re-Value Round "Financing the Ambition" and supported by the Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation (GIB). The Re-Value Rounds are online events organised by ICLEI Europe to inspire and build capacity as part of the EU-funded Re-Value project.
