Re-Value Impact Model (Intermediate Version)

This report examines how waterfront cities can achieve climate goals while enhancing urban living through collaborative and stakeholder-driven strategies. It details the innovative Impact Model Workshops held in six cities—Ålesund, Bruges, Rijeka, Rimini, Burgas, and Constanța. These workshops used a gamified NEB Impact Model to help local stakeholders assess and strengthen environmental, social, cultural, and governance qualities in their waterfront pilot areas, while identifying co-benefits and addressing potential conflicts.

The report outlines the conceptualization, implementation, and results of these workshops, providing insights into their role in shaping sustainable urban transformation plans. Reflections on the process and next steps for future workshops are also included, ensuring the continued development of the Impact Model as a practical tool for integrated urban planning.
